Accessible Bathrooms & Shower

We’re building two new bathrooms--one of which will be universal--and a universal shower to better meet the needs of our community members. Many of the people we serve lack access to safe, private washroom and shower facilities. By adding these, we’re creating a more dignified, accessible space where everyone can meet basic needs in comfort and safety. The universal design ensures accessibility for people with mobility challenges, and the shower provides a vital resource for those without stable housing.

This project was made possible through initial funding from the Government of Canada (ESDC), Balnar Family Foundation, and Grace Community Church. Construction is already underway--because our community needed these facilities yesterday. We’re now seeking additional supporters to help bring the project to completion.
