Our Annual General Meeting will be held at Royal City Mission on Tuesday, November 23rd at 7:30 pm. In preparation for that meeting, we are receiving nominations to the Board of Directors for Royal City Mission.
Who can submit nominations for board members?
As per our current bylaw, anyone who is a member of Royal City Mission may submit nominations for the board.

What happens with the nominations that are submitted?
The nominating committee will contact all qualified nominees to determine whether they are willing to serve as board memebers. Qualified nominees will be presented to the board for approval. The board will present approved nominees to the membership and the membership will elect a minimum of 6 and a maximum of 12 individuals to the board. The election of board members will be carried out at our Annual General Meeting on November 23rd.
How do I submit a nomination for a board member?
Nominations may be submitted in writing to any member of the current board or to firstname.lastname@example.org until November 9th.
