Executive Director & Lead Pastor

Kevin has been with Royal City Mission since 2011 and can often be found sharing a table with community members, fostering connection and a sense of belonging. As Executive Director and Lead Pastor, he provides leadership to ensure we continue to live out our values of relationship, justice, and beauty. Beyond his role, Kevin is an avid guitarist, artist, wrestling coach, and plant enthusiast.

Director of Community Services

Amanda provides leadership to RCM's community services, ensuring our drop-in, meal, and outreach programs thrive as they support those in need in downtown Guelph. Since joining the team in 2021, she is often found in the drop-in, offering a listening ear and bringing a deep sense of calm and healing to those navigating an often cold and chaotic world. Director of Finance & Operations

Matthew leads Royal City Mission’s efforts to grow stronger and more efficient in serving the community. Since 2015, he has held both programming and operational leadership roles, excelling in creating the systems, teams, and structures RCM needs to thrive. He enjoys learning from the people and stories around him and taking in the beauty life has to offer. A bit of a workhorse, Matthew jokes that all he really needs are potatoes, cabbage, coffee, and a good book.
