We will be using Meditations on the Birth of Jesus, a booklet by Miriam Dixon and Margaret Campbell. Themes for the four weeks cover God's Great Plan, The Visitation to Mary, The Visitation to Joseph and the Birth of Jesus.

For each week, the guide offers a passage of scripture, a meditation and and image to meditate on. Participants are encouraged to spend 30-40 minutes during at least 4 days of the week to pray with the materials provided. When we meet together on Sundays, participants will share from what they have been experiencing through the week.

The experience is very open ended. It's not a currculum with right or wrong answers. It's about creating space for God during the advent season.
