These numbers give a glimpse into how many we were able to help - not just by providing for physical needs but also providing meaningful relationship, advocacy, assistance, and care to our community members.

RCM was able to do twice as much in 2022.

Our Drop-In has more than doubled in people accessing the program. In 2022 our daily count of people utilizing RCM's Drop-In program was 39,660. This was a significant increase from 2021's daily count of 14,456.

We served 62,195 meals in 2022 and in 2021 we served 34,685 meals. Meals go beyond just meeting hunger needs - they are also a pivotal time of building connection and relationship with those facing scarcity of community.

Clean Streets

In August 2022 RCM took on the Clean Streets program - a low-barrier employment & life skills training program that helps keep Downtown Guelph looking clean and tidy.

Belongings Bin Program

In 2022 RCM also established a Belongings Bin program - a service that allows our community members who are unhoused a secure tote to store some of their belongings.
